Each individual may hold a maximum of one account on Tekkabaji. Multiple members of the same household may register separate accounts; however, operating more than one account from the same device or payment method may trigger an investigation.
If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed, all bonuses will be cancelled, and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Whether the original deposit is refunded remains at Tekkabaji's sole discretion.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited — any such deposit will be returned or the account placed under review.
KYC verification must be completed on your account before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless there is a specific reason to use an alternative.
Tekkabaji does not charge any withdrawal fees of its own. However, transaction charges imposed by mobile banking operators or banks may apply — these are beyond Tekkabaji's control.

After claiming a bonus, you must wager a specified amount before you can make a withdrawal — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example: a 10x wagering requirement means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
Attempting to strategically abuse tekkabaji's bonus system is strictly prohibited. This includes collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or working in groups to circumvent bonus conditions.
Every bonus has an expiry period, typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed once the period ends. Bonuses will also be cancelled if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period.

Bets placed at Tekkabaji's approved odds are generally considered final. However, Tekkabaji reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift before your bet is confirmed, you will need to accept the new odds — otherwise the bet will be cancelled. There may also be a slight delay between the live stream and actual match time (typically 5–30 seconds), which can affect live betting decisions.
The Cash Out feature is available on selected bets and markets. Cashing out locks in a set amount regardless of the final result of your bet. Partial cash out is also available. If the system is under heavy load at the time of your cash out request, the cash out may not go through.
There is a maximum win limit per single bet. For Sports, the cap on a single bet is generally ৳50,00,000. Accumulator bets carry a separate maximum limit. For casino games, the maximum win limit is listed on each game's information page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tekkabaji. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and may lead to forfeiture of your balance.
Tekkabaji uses advanced technology to detect unusual betting patterns, multiple accounts, and other irregularities. If suspicious activity is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended pending the completion of a review.

Tekkabaji views responsible gaming as a core principle. We believe betting is a form of entertainment and should never have a negative impact on your everyday life.
Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period expires. During this time, logging into your account or opening a new one is strictly prohibited. No bonus offers will be sent while the exclusion is active.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
If Tekkabaji closes an account due to a rule violation, any refund of the remaining original deposit balance is subject to the outcome of the investigation. In cases of serious violations such as match-fixing or money laundering, the entire balance may be forfeited.
If an account has had no activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be flagged as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 or 5% of the balance — whichever is lower — will be applied to inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a transaction or a bet, please contact our support team first. The matter is typically reviewed within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you have the option to file a formal complaint. Complaints may also be submitted to Tekkabaji's licensing authority.
Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of bet settlement. Complaints received after this period may not be considered by Tekkabaji.
Tekkabaji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email and in-app notifications. Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
